As an experienced soccer coach and former professional player, Randall has an impressive track record in developing young talent. His coaching background includes directing and training clubs in Cincinnati and running his own training company. Randall has also traveled across the country implementing clinics and camps, amassing a wealth of knowledge to share with our DFA Players.

On the field, Randall honed his skills as part of a top 15 nationally ranked soccer team at Northern Kentucky University and as a professional on the Cincinnati Excite of the American Indoor Soccer League.

We are confident that with Randall's comprehensive background and dedication to empowering youth, he will lead our club to new heights.

Patrick Canavan

Co Director

As our new Co-Director of Coaching & Player Development! Patrick has extraordinary background both on and off the field. He is set to make a monumental impact on our club's growth and success. As an accomplished former collegiate player, trainer, and coach, Patrick has been instrumental in guiding Dayton's local talent to reach their highest potential.

His journey began at Franciscan University of Steubenville, where he played from 2014 to 2018. Following his successful playing career, he was appointed as an assistant coach in 2019, contributing to a record-breaking season that saw the most wins in the program's history.

Since then, Patrick has become an invaluable asset to DFA's youth development, coaching numerous teams and providing specialized team training that has elevated our players' performance.

Now, as Patrick takes on an even more significant leadership role within our club, we couldn't be more thrilled about the future of Dayton Futbol Academy.
