Dayton Futbol Academy is excited to announce the launch of its new Juniors Program, specifically designed for children born in 2016-2017. This 10-week program provides 20 hours of soccer experiences, including 15 training sessions and 5 internal league competitions, aimed at helping young players develop their skills, cultivate a growth mindset, and smoothly transition from recreational soccer to club soccer.

The DFA Juniors program will commence on Tuesday, August 15th. Over the course of 10 weeks, training sessions will be held every Tuesday evening and Saturday morning, offering optimal convenience for our participants and their families. We are dedicated to providing an exceptional training experience, and as such, the exact timings of our sessions will be determined based on the number of enrolled participants. This strategic planning allows us to maintain a low player-to-coach ratio, ensuring personalized attention and development for each young athlete.

The DFA Juniors Program offers a unique opportunity for children of all abilities to receive professional coaching and participate in skill-building activities that focus on ball mastery techniques, mini-games, and speed and agility development. Each session also incorporates a growth mindset teaching point to instill valuable life lessons in young players.

"Our Juniors Program offers a structured and fun environment for children to learn and grow, while preparing them for the next level of play."

In addition to the training sessions and competitions, the Juniors Program will culminate in a skills showcase at the DFA Indoor Facility, where families can watch their children demonstrate their newly acquired skills. The young players will also have a chance to perform at halftime during a local high school or club soccer game, providing a memorable experience for both participants and their families.

Registration for the Juniors Program begins on June 1st and ends on July 31st, with the program starting in August. The cost of the program is $250 with a special discount available for Early Bird registration.  Spots are limited.
