Program Details:
Our expert-led sessions will focus on dynamic warm-ups, plyometrics, agility drills, and speed mechanics, all tailored to an athlete's age and developmental stage. Sessions will be held indoors on turf to provide a worthwhile training experience.
Led by the Expert:
We are thrilled to have Caleb Norton, Physical Therapist, leading these sessions. Caleb brings a wealth of knowledge in biomechanics and athletic performance to help each participant safely and effectively improve.

The program will run on Monday evenings from June 22nd to July 27th.

Age Groups & Times:
• Ages 6-11: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
• Ages 12+: 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
What to Bring:
• Soccer cleats (recommended for both indoor and outdoor surfaces)
• Water bottle
• Comfortable athletic wear
